About this gallery
In November 2023 I spent time in South Africa and visited Zimanga Private Game Reserve for the first time. It had been on my wish list for many years and it certainly exceeded my expectations. It is set in the heart of Zululand, about a three hour drive from Durban and has an incredible diversity of wildlife to photograph. The ethos here is conservation as well as providing some of the best opportunities to photograph many different animals in their own habitats. It is simply amazing!
